We'll conduct a lighter diagnostic at the start of that engagement to establish shared context before moving into the planning sessions.

AI Readiness Assessment: two to three weeks. AI Strategy Roadmap: four to six weeks, including two workshop sessions. AI Governance Framework: typically three to five weeks depending on organisational complexity. Where organisations engage multiple services sequentially, we structure a combined timeline to avoid duplication.

Pricing is fixed per engagement: SGD 540 for the AI Readiness Assessment, SGD 1,350 for the AI Strategy Roadmap, and SGD 2,430 for the AI Governance & Ethics Framework. All deliverables and sessions described in each service are included. There are no add-on charges during the engagement. We discuss scope clearly at the outset so there are no surprises.
